Did Ms. Palmer jump the shark by performing with the Boston Pops? Perhaps. We hope she made a shark sandwich, but we didn't get a chance to crash the party. The fins are circling again with this, which has her paired up with Joel-esque Ben Folds. The distorted vocals on "Blake Says" are bizarre, the cameo from East Bay Ray of the Dead Kennedys is unexpected and freakin' Neil Gaiman is writing a book based on the title. The fact is, she loves sharks.

Hard to believe, but unfortunately, not the least bit surprising:
