November, 65% of Massachusetts voters removed the possibility of jail
for simple marijuana possession, making adults' possession of an ounce

On November 4, 2008, Massachusetts voters decriminalized
marijuana in a landslide 65% victory. Unfortunately, some local police
chiefs and city officials don't seem to be giving the new legislation a
chance to go into effect. Many cities and towns are trying to pass
by-laws and ordinances to impose additional fines on pot smokers, and

Hall, and entered the meeting to speak on the subject. The City Council ignored
the voters, and refused to hear discussion on the topic.

None-too-shockingly, Jonas Stein of Turbo Fruits (formerly of Be YourOwn Pet) turns out to be a pretty chill guy. After all, the dude’s written more songs about weed than I care to list right now.
