DEAR MS. "STUPID JERK" BUS DRIVER (YEAH, YOU)
By DIG READERS
On the MBTA website, the Users' Bill of Rights states that we have a "right to courteous, clean, accessible and dependable service." It puzzles me, then, that I witnessed you kicking a passenger off the bus in 20 mph wind, 15-degree, "feels like" 1-degree weather. Why did this older woman call you a "stupid jerk"? Because you gave her not a moment to dig out her change from her purse.
And she didn't say it to your fucking face! She said it to a FRIEND on her PHONE! But you still gleefully drove away yelling, "Bye bye, sweetie! Have a good night!" and laughing. There is nothing on the website that says you can kick a person off the bus for "calling you a name," or anything even close.
I've reported you, by the way ... the nights are cold enough without you bringing down the temperature.
